Fallout 3 has been out for awhile now. Would it have been better to buy the collector’s edition at launch or wait until now? Now would be a better time in my opinion because it has a Game of the Year Edition. But what if there is a game that you do not know will have a GOTY? Such as Mass Effect 2 or BioShock 2? Should games be bought at launch or should you wait?
